Powerwave Technologies Presenting At The Baird 2004 Growth Stock Conference And The 32nd Annual JP Morgan Technology Conference

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Apr. 28, 2004 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV) today announced that on Tuesday, May 4, 2004, Powerwave will be making a presentation to the investment community at the Baird 2004 Growth Stock Conference in Chicago, and the JP Morgan Technology Conference in San Francisco on Wednesday, May 5, 2004. The Company’s presentations review Powerwave’s strategy within the wireless infrastructure industry, as well as potential market opportunities and historical financial results.
