Powerwave Technologies Presenting At Various Investor Conferences

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Feb. 10, 2006 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV) today announced that on Thursday, February 16, 2006, Powerwave will be making a presentation to the investment community at the JPMorgan Small Cap Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On Friday, February 17, 2006, Powerwave will be presenting at the Deutsche Bank Small Cap Growth Conference in Naples, Florida. The Company’s presentations review Powerwave’s strategy within the wireless infrastructure industry, as well as potential market opportunities and historical financial results.
