Powerwave Technologies Announces Fourth Quarter Conference Call Information

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Feb. 06, 2007 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV) announced today that it will provide a simultaneous Webcast and live dial-in number for it’s Fourth Quarter ended December 31st, 2006, Financial Results Conference Call on Tuesday, February 20th, 2007, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time). Powerwave will be releasing its Fourth Quarter 2006 Financial Results on Tuesday, February 20th, 2007, after the close of the market.
