Powerwave Technologies Announces Second Quarter Conference Call Information

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Jul. 15, 2009 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV) announced today that it will provide a simultaneous Webcast and live dial-in number for it’s Second Quarter ended June 28, 2009, Financial Results Conference Call on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time). Powerwave will be releasing its Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results on Thursday, July 30, 2009 after the 1:00 PM Pacific Time market close.
