Powerwave Technologies Announces Fourth Quarter Conference Call Information

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Jan. 22, 2010 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV) announced today that it will provide a simultaneous Webcast and live dial-in number for it’s Fourth Quarter ended January 3, 2010, Financial Results Conference Call on Thursday, February 4, 2010, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time). Powerwave will be releasing its Fourth Quarter 2009 Financial Results on Thursday, February 4, 2010 after the 1:00 PM Pacific Time market close.
