Powerwave To Present At Upcoming Investor Conferences

Santa Ana, Calif., November 13, 2008 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWAV), a global supplier of end – to – end wireless solutions for wireless communications networks, today announced that on Thursday November 20, 2008, it will be presenting at the UBS Global Technology and Services Conference in New York. On Tuesday December 2, 2008, Powerwave will be presenting at the Credit Suisse Technology Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, and on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, Powerwave will be presenting at the Barclays Capital Technology Conference in San Francisco. The Company’s presentations review Powerwave’s strategy within the wireless infrastructure industry, as well as potential market opportunities and historical financial results.

The UBS presentation is scheduled to start at 1:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday November 20, 2008.
